Terms of Business

This document outlines the basic terms under which sessions are performed by Kathleen Gwendoline Olutolani Smith of Quantum Light Healing. This includes Herbal Medicine, Soul Contract Reading, Divine Healing, and Crystalline Soul Healing.

  • The practice of divination or channelling does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship and does not replace counselling or therapy. It is designed to give you, the Client, the tools, knowledge, and insight to move forward in your life.
  • Any and all medical concerns should be referred to your medial doctor or other medical practitioner as appropriate. Divination services are not designed to diagnose or treat disease, and no binding advice will be given to you regarding prescriptions or medication or the complete cure of chronic medical conditions.

  • As part of the sessions I will offer recommendations or suggestions to help integrate the changes initiated during the session. However, you as the Client acknowledge that you are solely and exclusively responsible for the choices you make regarding the advice and recommendations given during these sessions.
  • Should you have any questions or concerns following a session you can contact me at [email protected]
  • I confirm that I have undertaken the necessary training to offer these services, and will continue further training as necessary to maintain my skills.
  • Bookings for Clients under 18 years of age must be made with the consent of their legal guardian or representative. Though bookings may be made by the representative adult, it helps the flow of the sessions if Clients aged 10 – 18 years of age are aware and in agreement with the session being requested on their behalf.
  • All service fees should be paid prior to the session using the bank details provided at the time of booking. The fees cover the cost of the approximately 1 hour session + the preparation time needed beforehand.

  • Payment details are given in good faith, and you as the Client agree that any outstanding payments will be made within 5 working days of receiving an invoice.
  • Refunds are not given for missed or cancelled appointments. If you give a minimum of 48 hours notice, the fee for the cancelled appointment can be carried over to another rescheduled date.

  • In the unlikely event that I need to cancel an appointment at short notice, I will make every effort to reschedule the appointment as soon as possible for a mutually convenient date and time.
  • To comply with GDPR requirements in the UK all your personal data, including emails, is stored on encrypted servers through wordpress.com (the website provider) and mailbox.org (the video conferencing and email provider). See the full Privacy Policy for more details.
  • Any personal information provided by you, both in electronic communication and during the sessions, is completely confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party unless you give express written permission or I am required to do so by law.

  • In the unlikely event of a complaint or dispute, we both agree that we will first attempt to resolve the dispute personally and in good faith, without the involvement of third parties or social media. If these attempts fail, we will then submit the case to an independent arbitrator without any claims for liability or damages.
